1. All payments to be received within 28 days of receipt of invoice.
2. All cleaning equipment and machinery left on site remain the property of Maple Cleaning Services and may only be used with prior consent.
3. Termination of any contract requires 28 days notice period paid in full regardless of notice period being worked or otherwise.
