Step one: contact us 

Get in touch - you can ring or email - to let us know what you need. If you’re already working with a cleaning company, tell us why you’re looking to change, so we can understand what’s important to you. Our next step is to book a site visit. 

Step two: site visit 

We’ll visit your site. You can meet us, and, most importantly, we’ll learn about your business, how you use your workspace and any challenges you have. We’ll suggest improvements to the existing cleaning schedule and offer additional advice so that when you get your quote, you’ll be confident we have a handle on exactly what you need.

Step three: all-inclusive quote 

All-inclusive means exactly that. Your contract-free quote will include all that’s needed to complete every hour of cleaning we undertake. We manage everything from the cleaning materials to purchasing new stock and upkeep of all equipment and, of course, the supply of a highly trained and engaged team of cleaners. 

Step four: agree on the schedule of work 

We'll confirm the work schedule once you’re happy with your quote and service proposal. You’ll know exactly what to expect from our service, and our cleaners will understand what you expect from them. 

Step five: confirm a start date 

Once everything is agreed upon, we’ll confirm a start date that suits your needs. If required, the start date will accommodate the TUPE transfer of existing staff, which we’ll take care of. 

Ongoing quality control 

We’re always looking for ways to improve the service we provide. We gather feedback from you and our staff to make sure what we provide is top-notch.
